ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHT

For any order cancellation (partial or full), you must send an email to info@erosandpsyche.eu or call (+30) 2114067100 to speak with a representative of www.erosandpsyche.eu. This option is available before we inform you that your order has been handed over to the carrier via email.

WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.

Returns are accepted under the condition that:

• You contacted our online store on the same day or the next working day via email at info@erosandpsyche.eu.
• The products are in the same condition as when you received them, meaning they have not been opened or their packaging is damaged.
• The products are accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice.

CHARGES IN CASE OF PRODUCT RETURNS

1. In the case that the return of the product is due to EROS AND PSYCHE’s fault (e.g., wrong product code, etc.), the return shipping costs are covered by EROS AND PSYCHE, as well as the shipping costs for resending the product.

2. In the case that the return of the product is due to the consumer’s fault, the shipping costs are covered by the consumer.

In the latter case, the consumer will receive a refund for the value of the product, excluding the shipping costs for the original shipment and return of the product, as well as any cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable).
