Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order (partially or in full) only before the item has been dispatched.

How to cancel: Please email info@erosandpsyche.eu or call (+30) 2114067100.

Timeline: Once you receive the email notification that your order has been handed over to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Custom-Made Policy: No Refunds

At Eros and Psyche, every pair of shoes is manufactured exclusively for you following your order. Because our products are custom-made and personalized:

Refunds are not accepted. In accordance with Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply to goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized products.

Exchanges Only: We do not offer money-back refunds. We exclusively provide the option to exchange your purchase for a different size or another design.

3. Conditions for Exchange

We want to ensure you receive a product that fits you perfectly. You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• You must contact us at info@erosandpsyche.eu on the same day or the next working day after receiving your order.
• The products must be in their original condition (unworn, no damage to the soles or material).
• The original packaging must be intact.
• The return must be accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice.

4. Shipping Charges

Company Error: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect size sent or defective product), Eros and Psyche will cover all shipping costs for the return and the replacement.

Size or Design Exchange: If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or a different design of equal value, all shipping costs (return and reshipping) are covered by the consumer.

Please note: Original shipping fees and cash-on-delivery (COD) fees from the initial order are non-refundable and do not apply toward the value of the exchange.
